At FemiClear, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
